Cancellation: When you book a class, you reserve a spot on our calendar that becomes unavailable to others. As such, all bookings adhere to our policy: cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class qualify for a full refund, while cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or instances of no-shows will not be refunded. Additionally, rescheduling a class within 72 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $20.00 fee per guest.
